Please note that all decor services must be booked in advance to ensure availability.
Products for Sale
In addition to our event décor services, MYSA offers a curated selection of premium decor items for purchase directly on our website. These items are designed to add elegance to your personal or professional gatherings.
Delivery Policy
Delivery Area
Currently, we deliver products exclusively within Qatar.
Delivery Fees
A delivery fee of QAR 50 applies to all orders. Please ensure the delivery address provided is accurate to avoid delays.
Booking and Payments
Consultations
Event decor consultations can be scheduled through our website.
Payments
Payments for services and products must be made in full at the time of booking or purchase.
Refunds and Cancellations
Services
Cancellation of booked services must be made at least 72 hours prior to the event to qualify for a partial refund. Refunds will not be provided for cancellations made within 72 hours of the event.
Products
Products purchased online are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective. In such cases, customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
